Established in 2011, Kasa Decor began its journey under the leadership of Mr. Ravinder Bhasin and Mr. Ajay Bhasin, with a vision to bring world-class surface materials to India. What started as an import-focused business sourcing premium tiles and surfaces from China and Europe, quickly grew into a trusted name across the country. Today, the brand is proudly carried forward by Pavi Bhasin, representing the second generation of leadership and innovation. With a nationwide dealer network and state-ofthe-art in-house manufacturing, Kasa Decor continues to deliver curated, high-quality surface solutions tailored for luxury spaces. Ravinder Bhasin
Chairman,Kasa Decor
A science graduate and accomplished entrepreneur, Ravinder Bhasin began his business journey in 1972 with M/s Bhasin Hardware. In 1992, he expanded into manufacturing high-tech door locks under M/s Acme Locks Ltd., in collaboration with EUCO Industries, Taiwan. Continuing his passion for innovation and design, he entered the world of designer surfaces in 2010 by founding M/s Acme Products Pvt. Ltd., launching Karishma Westend for premium imported tiles. This progression culminated in the creation of Kasa Decor in 2014 — a brand that seamlessly blends global tile imports with in-house manufacturing of bespoke, high-end surfaces.
Pavi Bhasin
Founder & Director, Kasa Decor
With a passion for innovation and strong business acumen, Pavi Bhasin laid the foundation for Kasa Decor in 2011 — a pivotal moment in the evolution of the family’s legacy in surface solutions. As Founder and Director, Pavi spearheads Business Development, driving growth and overseeing sales across both the manufacturing and retail verticals, while continuing to shape the brand’s vision for modern, luxurious living.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate from MAIT, IP University, New Delhi, Pavi Bhasin began his career in the family’s locks manufacturing business, where he developed deep industry knowledge by engaging directly with dealers, suppliers, and global trade fairs. His keen understanding of market demands and sourcing opportunities laid the groundwork for the launch of Kasa Decor — with a vision to bring curated, high-quality surface materials to India. Today, Pavi continues to lead the brand’s growth, expanding its product portfolio and building enduring relationships within the architectural and interior design community.
Ferzeen Mehra Bhasin
Creative Director, Kasa Decor
A storyteller at heart and a strategist by training, Ferzeen Mehra Bhasin joined Kasa Decor in 2022, infusing the brand with fresh creative energy and a forward-thinking vision. As Creative Director, she leads Marketing and Brand Development, shaping a timeless and elegant identity for the company. Her role also extends to streamlining internal operations and enhancing customer engagement, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand experience at every touchpoint.
Ferzeen Mehra Bhasin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication & Advertising from Delhi University and a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology, specializing in Organisational Behaviour. Her strong academic background, combined with an intuitive grasp of branding, empowers her to craft compelling narratives and elevate Kasa Decor’s presence across platforms. Ferzeen remains focused on reinforcing the brand’s position as a trusted partner for luxury architects and designers across India — and beyond.
